Peikko has developed a standardized anchoring system for wind turbine tower foundations. The system consists of a complete solution with:

• Anchoring rings,
• Tension bolts
• Top rings of foundation construction
• Welded wind turbine tower adapters to accomadate any turbine tower maker or brand
• Assembly templates

Peikko offers a secure and proven solution for wind turbine tower fastening according to today's standards in order to fulfill the challenging requirements for delivery times, quality and cost to our customers.

The key element in the Peikko foundation solution consists of a tension bolted ring design. This ring structure efficiently transfers the dynamic loads in the wind tower to the reinforced concrete foundation. Such a design provides a very secure and stable fastening solution in the concrete foundation with a very long life span. The solution interfaces to the wind tower bottom surface with a high precision welded adapter ring.  Our system is optimized for maximum interaction with traditional concrete cast foundations. The system also allows solutions for other foundation types, including solid rock foundations.

We support every step of the design and construction of the foundation system. We provide solutions tailored for any turbine and tower supplier and to accomodate any suitable foundation type.

Peikko has a dedicated, separate production capacity designed for the manufacturing of these foundation solutions.
